Return and Refund Policy
At Sun n Fun Waterpark, we aim to offer a fun and memorable experience for all our guests. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets or making bookings.
1. No Refund on Tickets
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a ticket has been purchased.
This policy applies to both online and on-site ticket purchases.
2. No Refund for Weather Conditions
Sun n Fun Waterpark operates in most weather conditions.
No refunds will be issued for ride closures or delays due to rain, lightning, or other weather-related conditions.
In case of extreme weather, we may suspend operations temporarily for safety reasons.
3. No Show or Missed Entry
If you fail to show up on the selected date, or arrive after closing hours, your ticket will be considered forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling may be allowed once, provided you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval.
5. Refunds for Event Bookings
Group or private event bookings may be eligible for partial refunds if cancelled in advance.
- If approved. Refunds will be credited within 7 business days to the original source of payment
